In his commitment to human transformation, Randolf co-founded cogrow.space, after two decades of working with leaders, teams and business units in global enterprises, to bring a different voice to enterprise transformation work. As a global citizen, he collaborates with thought leaders in human transformation.

Randolf takes great satisfaction in offering his guidance to practitioners as they realize their full potential and capacity in regenerative transformation. He is committed to design and lead cohorts for teams of leaders and change agents to enable effective change in their organizations.

Padgett Rowell is an inspirational and pragmatic agilist, as well as the co-founder of Two Percent Shift. He has managed development teams in multiple countries as part of a health tech start-up, led the development of commercial software for start-ups, government, enterprise, and SME's and been a Lead in a global consultancy.

Padgett has led the transformation of many teams to an agile way of working and coached leaders, teams, and individuals to better outcomes for their customers, people and organisations.

Vispi is a passionate agilist who has helped teams and organisations of all sizes transition towards agility. He sees his purpose as empowering people to find their own purpose and live in balance in their relationships with everything around them at a planetary level. He believes that the transformation we want to see in the world outside needs to start from within. As a result, he focuses on working with leadership and management teams to effect change within them. These changes in mindset ripple into the organisation’s culture, creating better teams and organisations and, ultimately, better human beings.

Informed by shamanism and Buddhism, a lifelong learner and an EMCC-certified coach, Vispi is delighted to be part of The Collective Edge team as he continues on his path of growth and evolution.

Dr. Glenda Eoyang works with public and private organizations to help them thrive in the face of overwhelming complexity and uncertainty. She is a pioneer in the field of human systems dynamics (HSD), which she founded. Through Human Systems Dynamic Institute, Glenda uses her Models and Methods to help others see patterns in the chaos that surrounds them, understand the patterns in simple and powerful ways, and take practical steps to shift chaos into order.

Glenda’s latest book, with co-author Royce Holladay, is Adaptive Action: Leveraging Uncertainty in Your Organization (Stanford University Press, April 2013).

Nish Dubashia is a British writer and Integral thinker who has studied with some of the world’s finest research mathematicians at the University of Warwick. He is the creator of the Diamond Model, which draws on Bohmian physics, Integral Theory and Eastern philosophy to depict fundamental patterns and relationships that structure human perception. He has received invitations to present this model at a number of international conferences, including the Science and Consciousness conference, the Integral European Conference, the Global Forum at M.I.T. and the UNESCO World Philosophy Day.

Nish is the author of three books: Gifted, Dancing with Angels, and The Unity of Everything: A Conversation with David Bohm, two of which have appeared on best-selling lists.

Marie Murtagh has trodden a unique path, from IT professional (developer), to project manager beloved by her teams, to Agile explorer, to accomplished consciousness facilitator. Along the way, she has worked for small startups, medium size organizations, and Deloitte consulting. She has explored many career paths, investigating where her calling was best deployed. Time spent in a career break caring for a mentally ill father stretched her boundaries (and her compassion) in untold ways. As her career continued to unfold itself, she became an autodidact in Integral Theory, consciousness studies, collective sensemaking, complexity science, and various transformational arts. She is the untitled head of R&D.

She has a passion for international travel, wine, and food. She loves working in The Collective Edge and related organizations, since in the past her work environments did not acknowledge that people are ‘human’. Marie’s lifelong cause outside of work is caring for, protecting, and nurturing animals, reminding us all that we, too, are animals.
