Michael K Spayd, Founder, Managing Director
Michael Spayd has been a pioneer in the Agile world for almost 25 years, bringing in thinking and methods from systemic coaching, leadership development (LD), organization development (OD), Integral and systemic methods relevant to the transformation of self, culture, and leadership in service of organizational agility. Michael is known as a transformational teacher and leader, with a deep ability to facilitate both compelling and transformational learning environments.
Michael’s has been prolific, having co-founded the Agile Coaching Institute, Trans4mation, and now The Collective Edge. He has taught, coached and mentored many thousand agile coaches & transformational leaders. He is originator and co-author of a highly anticipated book on Agile Transformations, bringing the Integral approach to the Agile world.

Origins of Integral Sensemaking & Adaptive Action
Agile Transformation first revealed how Integral metatheory could be applied to organizational transformations. Since it's publication, Spayd and collaborators have developed the Integral Sensemaking & Adaptive Action method for working with such transformations and for transformational leaders to become instruments of change.
