Transformational Learning

What is it?

For many years, we have specialized in the mindset, methods, and approaches of transformational learning. As we grow, we have committed ourselves to bringing this understanding to topics outside the Agile coaching space. Our new Transformational Learning options bring together new partners, new approaches, and new modalities that traverse the challenges at the collective edge.

Offerings

  • The Systems Within

    STARTS JULY 8TH

Illuminating the Personal, Ancestral, and Systemic Voices Inside to become a Clearer Vessel.

The intention of the program is to become aware of the systems within you and the systems of which you are a part (those in which you have a place), to notice how these systems can “run” you, at times even compromising your success; at the same time, to see the ways in which they bring you strength.

Our goal will be to Integrate these inner parts, to see them clearly, to heal, surrender to and accept them, and therefore to no longer be run by them, while at the same time owning their strength. This process enables you to transcend to a new expression, differentiated from the past, an expression of the free self and individual destiny.

  • The Human Diamond Program from The Collective Edge

    The Human Diamond - Healing

    STARTS APRIL 25TH

An Experiential Journey through the Spiral of Human Development

What is the true meaning of “self-development”? Are there specific stages of development that we all pass through?

The Diamond Model – a deceptively simple framework that draws on modern physics, Integral Theory and the world’s great spiritual traditions – shines a light on the fundamental structure of reality, allowing us to uncover the different aspects of what it is to be fully human.

  • The Dragons of Complexity

    STARTS MAY 6TH

Taming the Mindsets that thwart our embrace of a VUCA world

When people tell you to “think outside the box,” they don’t tell you where the box ends and the future begins. That is why we find ourselves so often trapped in our own blind spots and assumptions, driven by our ordinary worldviews.

The nonlinear sciences—complexity and chaos, as well as Integral theory—shine a light on those dark corners of reality and the habits of mind that keep us stuck. In ancient times, maps of the world would show sea monsters and dragons outside the bounds of the known world. That’s why in this program we call such mind-blowing (and habitually intractable) realities “dragons”
